Réservation de l’hôtel et enregistrement
Les organisateurs ont pré-réservé un grand nombre de chambres dans des hôtels de différentes catégories de standing. En vous enregistrant, il vous sera proposé un package de chambre d’hôtel (3 nuits minimum). L’enregistrement et les étapes de réservation d’un hôtel sont obligatoires.
À la fin du processus de réservation, votre commande sera résumée en incluant les frais et les charges d’hôtel.
Nous vous recommandons fortement de vous inscrire au plus tôt afin de garantir vos préférences de logement.
Les participants doivent s’inscrire au plus tard le lundi 5 juin 2017. L’enregistrement vous engage.
